Freightliner M2
The Freightliner M2 is a medium-duty truck chassis produced by Freightliner, a Daimler Truck brand. It is a common foundation for large luxury party buses and motorcoaches.

The M2 106 is available in Class 5 through Class 7 configurations, with gross vehicle weight ratings ranging up to roughly 33,000 pounds. Its robust frame and wide availability make it a favored base for large vehicle conversions.

Large party buses and luxury motorcoaches are often built on the M2 chassis because it supports heavy body shells, extensive interior amenities, and high passenger counts. The Supercoach XL by Executive Coach Builders is a notable example of a luxury coach built on the M2 platform.
